DELAY IN GROUND BOOKING SHIFTED SILIGURI BOOK FAIR TO MARCH

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 29th December, 2015: Those who are waiting for the chilling Book fair of Siliguri! Wait this time it’s again scheduled for March 2016. The reason behind is the unavailability of the mela grounds. According to the organizers i.e. Greater Siliguri Publishers and Book Seller’s Welfare Association, due to the absence of proper ground of Book fair in Siliguri we have to rely on this ground, which is already preoccupied with Government sponsored fairs. However, some quarters say that it’s the lack of far farsightedness of the organizers that the most popular Book fair is shifted to March again this year. The time of booking of the ground is not carried out early leading to the delay of the ground.
